A wafer thin 14K gold fill disc hand hammered to a shiny finish. Featuring your custom inscription in the artist's unique and whimsical script ~ name on front and date on back. The birthstone Swarovski crystal or freshwater pearl is included. Each disc measures approx. 9/16 inch round (about the size of a dime).

Inscription: 2 lines available front and back... 9 letters maximum on the front.... 9 letters maximum on the back
