We are a store located in Bothell, WA. We strive to make our online ordering process as easy as possible so please feel free to browse through our web site and use our secure ordering system to purchase products. Due to the fact that we are a store and we have customers that walk in and purchase items, although we do our best to update our inventory daily, things can get missed.  If this happens and we are sold out of your item we will promptly issue you a refund.  top.gif

Placing an order through our shopping cart is as secure as ordering by phone, but we realize that sometimes you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. Please call our customer service number at: (425) 488.8200 Monday through Saturday between the hours of 10 am - 6 pm PST and on Sunday from 10 am - 5 pm. If no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible. top.gif

 

 product availability
With the exception of items that may have sold out, the items you see on our web site should be in stock and available for shipment. If noted we will "pre-sell" or "pre-order" upcoming season merchandise and that will be listed in it’s own category.

 

The availability information on our site is the most current and accurate inventory information we have, but errors do occur. This information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. Please be aware that adding an item to your shopping cart does not "hold" the items for you. Transactions are not considered final until the checkout process has been completed.

 

If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order or call you on the phone. top.gif

 

gift wrap
We will be happy to gift wrap any items for you and include an special gift card with your personal note.

 

The charge is $2.50 each item that is gift-wrapped. Just select “giftwrap” on the product page of the item you wish to have wrapped. The price will automatically change to reflect this option. top.gif

 

redeeming gift certificates and coupons
To redeem a gift certificate or coupon please select your items and begin the usual order process. You we be prompted at checkout for your certificate number or coupon code. Your discount will be reflected in your order summary. top.gif

 

 tax
Purchases shipped to Washington state residents will be charged 9.5% sales tax. Sorry, but we are required by Washington State Law to collect it.top.gif

 

 payment options
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal online or by phone.

 

Credit Card accounts are authorized at the time of placing your order and are billed when we pack your order for shipment. Please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions regarding your order. You may also pay by a US Postal Service Money Order. Please use the website to calculate shipping charges or call us before mailing your money order. top.gif

 

 returns and exchanges
Your 100% satisfaction is very important to us. Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging for a complete refund, excluding shipping charges.

 

***PLEASE NOTE***Sales become final 14 days after the order is delivered to you or your gift recipient. Please do not return items to us later than 14 days after you have received them, not shipped within 14 days of receiving the item. Please allow transit time when returning items. Please also keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges.

 

Gifts may be returned for store credit or credited back to purchaser's credit card within 14 days of the date you received the order. If you would like a store credit please include your email address with the return, as this is where your store credit information will be sent. We cannot send store credit information through the postal service. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return and circle the items that you are returning -- without that information and your email address we cannot process your store credit.

 

To ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for or if time is an issue, it is best to place a new order for the item online and return the original item for credit back to your account -- we cannot "hold" items in anticipation of a return nor can we "rush" an exchange. If you wish to exchange an item please note that return and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchanges are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested in your exchange is no longer available a store credit will be issued and the information will be emailed to the email address on file for the original order.

 

SALE ITEMS are final and and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return, we will need this information to process your return or exchange.

 

Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. top.gif

 shipping your return
It is always best to send your package back in a method that is trackable, like UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS with a Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. Returns and/or exchanges are processed within 14 days of the date we receive the item(s). A credit or shipment notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed. We're sorry, but we cannot confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. If it has been more than 14 days since your return arrived at our warehouse and your return has not been processed please contact us via email at customerservice@bellaandmax.comand include your name, order number and tracking details for your return so that we may assist you further. top.gif

 

 gift returns
Gifts may be returned for store credit or credited back to purchaser's credit card within 14 days of the date you received the order. As in the regular return policy, all items must arrive to us within 14 days, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items. If you would like a store credit please include your email address with your return, as this is where your store credit information will be sent.  damaged items
We take great care in packaging your shipment, but occasionally items are damaged in transit or there are flaws not visible to our shipping department. Should you receive an item that is damaged or flawed, please contact us immediately at customerservice@bellaandmax.comso that we may arrange for replacement and return shipping of damaged/flawed items. top.gif

 

 missing items
In spite of our best efforts to fulfill each order perfectly, occasionally human error results in an error in the packing of an order. Should this occur, please contact us immediately at customerservice@bellaandmax.comso that we may have the opportunity to correct our error in a timely fashion with as little inconvenience as possible to you. top.gif

 

 canceling an order
If you need to change or cancel your order please email us right away. We process orders on the same business day and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. You may also reach us by phone at (425) 488.8200. top.gif

 

 privacy policy
In order to serve you better Bella and Max and stores your personal information when you: (a) create an account on Bella and Max; (b) sign up to be notified of special deals like discounts and exclusive offers through the mailing list and newsletter; or (c) enter a contest or promotion on our site. An account must be created in order to: complete an order on Bella and or to enter Bella and Max promotions/contests/sweepstakes.

 

When creating an account, we ask you for your full name, email address, a password, shipping address, and some other information. If you are making a purchase, you will have to provide your billing address, and credit card information. Your credit card and billing information is stored by the payment processing center but isn't saved on Bella and Max. For added security, WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. You will need to enter your credit card information each time you order.

 

Your information is used to process your orders and personalize your shopping experience with Bella and Max. By storing your personal information on a secure server we are able to shorten your checkout process and allow you to check your order status online.

 

We here at Bella and Max are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party.  We use email to communicate with you about your orders. Only with your permission will we email you for any other reason - - e.g. to let you know about special promotions. We know this is a privilege and not a right...we don't like getting unwanted junk email either. You have the option to decline or approve email communications from us at any time. Just select the appropriate response in your account information.

You can change your password at anytime. Just click on the “My Account” link located under “More Info” on the left side of the website and also located at the bottom of the page. You will need to log in with your current information and password in order to change to a new one. Your new password can be any sequence of letters and numbers. top.gif

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a very limited number of employees who have special access rights.
